I just need this out in the universe.
I haven’t had a bm since Saturday or Sunday, thanks ozempic. So I decided to take some miralax 2.5 hours before I have to go to a family birthday party. I thought it would work before I have to leave but no. Best guess. Will I survive? |

No I don’t. Sunday, or even Saturday to Tuesday is fine. It’s uncomfortable and not ideal but doesn’t indicate anything other than I’m on a med that slows motility if I don’t eat enough fiber and drink enough water. Lessons learned. Keep up on the fiber, and miralax takes several hours. |

Stop Ozempic. Take magnesium citrate between 5-7 pm and drink plenty of water.
It worked wonders for me. |
