Anyone else still have regular periods at 56?

Anonymous
I turned 56 in March and I am still getting pretty regular periods. I’ve never missed a month, though my cycles vary a bit from 23-40 days. I don’t know anyone else my age who’s still regular. Anyone out there in the same situation?

I was. Look at it this way it's less time on low dose estrogen.

Gimme five! 😉 Turned 57 last week. Although mine are not regular but the recent blood test confirmed that I am still in peri.

Contrary to the majority of DCUM women I view it as a positive: my body still thinks that I am young! And I agree!

Both my mom and grandma were regular into their 60s.

Still going at 54.5. This could be it though, I’m overdue right now. Been having unprotected sued without getting pregnant for 18 months though!

I didn’t realise it could go that long
I am still regular at 52 and thought for sure I would be done very soon

55, and yes. Mostly 28-29 day cycles, though I've had two 50-day cycles in the past year.

Yes. Relieved to know I'm not the only one. All my friends are done.

Yes. Still regular at 57.5. Last of my friends still dealing with it.

I’m 55, I’m still getting them but not regular. Just had one after 5 months of not having one.

My sister was 57 when she finally was in menopause.

I'm 50 and only one of my close GFs from high school is still getting it monthly.
