Mosquitoes at Deep Creek in August?

Anyone know? Any particular spot that's better or worse? How does it compare to DC and immediate suburbs?

I mean its a body of water in the peak of summer! Best spot is in a moving boat.

No, in my experience there weren’t any mosquitoes. It was kind of amazing. It’s cooler, drier, and in the mountains.

We have camped at Deep Creek Lake State Park Campground in August for years and it has never been buggy
