Can anyone speak to what it is like to work for the Montgomery County Public Library System? Particularly as an MLS degreed librarian?
How difficult is it to get hired? The interview process? The culture? Thanks! |

| I am friends with a branch manager. They had him covering 2 libraries for more than a year with no adjustment in pay. He's back to just 1, but they transfered his best librarian to another branch 6 months before her retirement. It wasn't a "will/can you work there?" It was, "You're going to xyz branch." |
