Husband and I are thinking of retiring to the Boston area. Every home the realtor showed us was ranch style, one level homes. She wouldn’t show us anything with multiple levels. Is it required to be in a one level home if you are over 55? |
It’s better for you. Stairs become a major roadblock to aging in place. Getting anyone without any can help you live in your home for years longer. |
^ “anyone” = “a home” |
No, it’s not required. If you want to see multi-story houses, tell your realtor. If she refuses, get a new realtor. |
Of course not required, but certainly makes sense. |
It's quite a bit easier on your knees. |
You have a good realtor. Maybe you should share their name here. |
Realtor seems thoughtful. But if its not what you want, use your words! |
