Question re access to mcps google docs upon graduation

Do students still have access to their MCPs google documents after graduation from
MCPS or do they need to save important papers another way?

No access, save them now.

It's not the day after graduation and sometimes it takes months, but it is best to start saving everything important.

No access and you can't use the "transfer ownership" option from a school account, you will either have to download it or share with a personal account and then make a copy from there.

And before anyone starts bashing MCPS, this is with all school and work Google accounts. I've encountered it in two universities and it's the same rule for staff as well. Yes it's annoying.
