Houses blurred from google maps?

When you are looking at Real estate (like on Realtor.com, Redfin, Zillow, etc.) and see a house you think you might want to see, do you first look at it on google maps? Like, take the little yellow man from the corner and drop down to do the street view? I was looking at a house like this, and noticed that the listed house is "blurred" so you can't see it. Is this some type of "red flag?"

it is someone who requested google to blur their house. Anyone can ask them too, sometimes even teachers ask for it.

It might not even be the current owner who requested the blur. Once blurred, Google wil NEVER unblur even when they update the map. Ask me how I know. :/
