Why are you asking DCUM and not your primary care provider?

100 lbs for first 5 feet and 5 lbs/ inch above, so 120

Everybody, and every body, is different.

I'm also 5'3", and look best around 120, size 2-4 (I lost weight and got to 112 a couple years back, and people were asking me what was wrong with me, and close friends told me to stop dieting because I didnt look well). I have broad shoulders (former swimmer), and what my grandmother called child-bearing-hips and DDD boobs (with a 32 inch band).

Not every person who is 5'3 should be trying to maintain the same weight.

Assuming female...
Ectomorph build between 95lbs and 115lbs
Mesomorph build between 100lbs and 130lbs
Endomorph build between 110lbs and 140lbs.

Would be ideal ranges.

Are you serious? They'd just say whatever they thought the customer wanted to hear.

I’m small framed and 5’2.5”. I think the 100lbs at 5’ and an extra +5lbs per inch taller.

That said, I feel better at 107 than 110 at my height. It’s a couple of vanity pounds, but vanity is still a factor for me in my 30s.

I’m taller than you but for my goal weight I looked at the BMI chart and figured out what the middle of the normal range is.

Throw those out the window if you are in shape.
