how much does it cost out of pocket? does bcbs ppo cover it?

My clinic was able to order it for me for $50. I have the Federal Employee BCBS plan and it was not covered.

It's $75 at Ambulatory Care in Rockville (in the SG building). If you can wait for mail order (and overnight at that), I believe it runs $45 at Freedom Fertility Pharmacy.
