Ballpark estimate for adding a deck and a screened porch

I'm looking to get a ballpark estimate for adding a 12x20 deck using Trex, along with a 12x12 screened porch that includes a gas outdoor fireplace. Does anyone have a rough idea of the total cost for this project? The house is in McLean.

65000-95000 were the estimates we got for a similar project.

Screened porches probably run 75-100k these days, probably more with the fireplace.

Decks that size run around 15-20k.

Maybe for wood? We were quoted $30-40k for that size for trex.

How much just for the screened porch?

We just built a 12 x 35 deck for trex for $10k but it was in va beach.

In 2019, when we built our 12 x 25 screen porch the builder said it was about $20k additional on the new house (Langley/Mclean)

I think it's a scam and wouldn't do it in the DC area.

Did this a few years ago in Arlington, very similar specs and size of porch and deck (maybe slightly smaller but no fireplace). An Arlington company wanted over 100k. We found a company based further out in NoVA who did it for $85k (not including accessories like ceiling fan, space heater, lights).

This was all Trex (or similar brand).
