Once we sweep this MAGA trash out there needs to be some extensive investigations into everyone getting rich right now, for insider trading. People need to go to jail and their ill-gotten gains confiscated.

At some point markets are just going to stop reacting to this stuff. We all know he’s going to cave on this, just like he has for every prior tariff announcement. It’s just an old crazy man yelling at the sky.

I love that he signs his tweets like Barb in Accounts Receivable signs her emails. Barb, whose entire cubical is decked out in purple everything, who still prints and saves emails for proof, and who smells like stale cigs & Elizabeth Arden Red Door.

The markets reflect actual conditions eventually. The cat is out of the bag and Trump will not be able to reel it in. He can lie about unemployment and it doesn’t matter, but let’s also see if consumer confidence continues to fall off a cliff.

Considering the bond market gyrations of the last week, this is really stupid of Trump. He is reminding foreign investors that he is completely untrustworthy and cannot be control or kept from his worst instincts by his handlers. Couple with concerns about US debt, he is going to destabilize the financial system in a way neither he nor her followers understand.
