Why is it still on? Why there is no Asian on it? |
Well it’s clearly racist |
Lisa Ling was on it many years ago. I think she was too erudite for the show. |
Who is still watching the show? |
Who is even watching it any more? I'm a youngish boomer and don't think I have watched it more than 1-2x in my life--and that was decades ago (it first aired in 1997).
Who watches daytime TV period? |
I like to have the TV on in the background while I work. Sometimes I have it on that channel, and so it will be on. I don't mind it. I like Whoopi. Besides her and Joy, I don't pay enough attention to know who the other people are. |
- only the dumbest people on the planet. |
I'm a SAHM but I don't watch daytime TV and doesn't know anyone who does. If I'm doing a chore in family area, like folding, ironing, painting or cooking, I turn on NPR or listen to music or podcasts. |
Bringing an Arab or an Indian could add a new dimension to the show and help increase viewership. |
Is ABC still doing DEI? |
I can't believe this is even a thread. Never change, DCUM. |
I thought I wrote this. I always have it on when I work from home. I enjoy the banter. |
I agree.
It is long overdue for an Asian panelist. I used to watch this show when it first originated. I liked how the women on it discussed pop culture too - not just politics. |
The show with 4 people? |
Ms. Behar is an unattractive, loudmouthed boor. |
