Now that tryouts are over, can anyone tell how much of their team is staying and how many are leaving or being replaced?

ECNL rules are 30 players.

ECNL - U17 girls. No changes to roster. All 18 coming back from U16.

Are all players on u13 mlsn1 teams getting enough game playing time? Or some kids mostly bench?

Depends on club and what you consider “enough” playing time.

At our club, subs will usually play 10-20 mins of each half.

But no, I highly doubt you will find a club where subs are playing half the game. I think that is the recommendation but in practice, I rarely see it happen. Which makes it tough for the players because all MLSNext players are likely coming from teams where they were the starters and getting plenty of playing time.

That's my fear my u12 soon to be u13 might be on the bench for upcoming mlsn1 season !

That age group really should be about getting a minimum 1/2 the time. Usually clubs don't guarantee play after age 15.
