Since most of the bamboo toilet paper comes from China, are there any eco-friendly toilet paper manufacturers that grow and produce toilet paper in the US. I want both, made in U.S. and eco-friendly. |
How would you define "eco friendly" and how would you know or trust the marketing campaign to tell you the truth?
Everything is delivered via trucks, trains, boats, etc. and it takes fossil fuels to power them all, so no matter if it comes from a renewable source like trees or bamboo, it is still not "eco friendly" in any sense. Pulp mfg is the leftover waste being put to use to make papers and TP, etc. |
Everything from China is slave labor, so minimize as much as possible. |
I’ve read that some Who gives a crap products are made in the us— especially the recycled paper products but it doesn’t mention that on the website, unfortunately.

Everspring (a Target brand) is 100% recycled (50% post-consumer) and made in the US. |
Thanks. |
