Has anyone had this done or what did you do to remove your cherry angioma? |
I got it lasered off at a dermatologist’s office. It was quick and easy. It left a minor scar, but it’s a lot less noticeable than a red spot! |
+1 It was so easy and painless. I have no scar at all. It’s just gone. |
Mine were removed via injection. It was quick and relatively easy. |
Do you know what laser they used? Derm office wanted to line their pockets with 300 for one cherry angioma while at a med spa the only charge 20 for one spot |
Okay which laser was it? |
Which injection |
I knew a kid with a huge one, maybe almost grape size. The doctor said it would disappear over time. It did, maybe by middle school. |
That’s a hemangioma of childhood and they usually do disappear or turn to a flat, slightly darker lesion. Cherry angiomas tend to pop up over time, and especially during hormonal transitions. I probably have 50 and would love to have some of them removed. |
how many can they remove at a time? |
The derm's snotty nurse said they can do laser on the ones they saw that day which was 2 for $300. Probably affordrable to the crowd here but I think it's too expensive. SO I opted for $20 per angioma with pro yellow. |
