Also when is the best time to go over the bridge on Fridays? Thank you.

The bookstore in town is great. Events all the time with book signings for adults. Story time for kids.

The library is also great. They have activities for kids like lego building, etc…

Nature center is must for the kids. They have specific programming on Saturday mornings,

Bonkeys ice cream and Rita’s water ice is great. The best NY style pizza shop is there.

Free concerts Thursday nights in June and Thursday and Saturdays this year in July and August

Movies monday nights

Dinker-Irvin museum is great.

Farmers market

Lastly it’s laid back and quiet and so family friendly which is why we like it.

Also, location can’t be beat, between Rehoboth and OC. We go to OC for rides, Rehoboth for shopping and some restaurants.

Key Lime Martini at Blue Coast.

Viking Mini-Golf.

+1 to Viking Mini-golf (Fenwick). The same complex offers go-karts.
+1 on the bookstore.
We love Su Casa for furniture and house goods. They have shops in downtown Bethany and Ocean View as well as Elliott City and Fells Point. The same family owns two cute boutiques in Bethany, Fells Point Surf Co. and Tangerine Goods.
There are really good farmer’s markets starting in June. Sunday morning in downtown Bethany and Wednesday in front of Sea Colony. Definitely go to the Old World Breads and Bennett’s Orchard stalls.
Prickly Pear and Fred Hudson trails.

So many great food options, including:
All the SoDel restaurants, including Blue Coast, though you have to go super-early for that one in particular.
Blue Crab in downtown Bethany for fried chicken.
Pomodoro, the NY style pizza place a PP mentioned. During peak season, you have to call early to arrange for dinner pickup.
The garden for dining at Good Earth Market.
Our Harvest (Fenwick).

Forgot to mention DB’s Fries and DB’s Seafood, and Juice Box if you need a reset after all the delicious fried food.
