I live near here and wonder why it isn’t selling. Thoughts?

Slow market, also house is dated.

Dated for the price. It's fine but definitely dated.

I think the market has just slowed down. A lot of people don't have confidence with our economy.

Buyers will be thinking how many things they have to change from appliances to carpet to bathroom tile and look somewhere else.

As others have noted, the interior is giving off heavy early-aughts vibes. And because this house was built in 2003, I would also be concerned that the HVAC and whatnot would be coming to the end of its functional use, so that's another thing that would need to be replaced (I would think the listing would have noted that had it been done already).

It's cavernous and too close to main road. School not W

It’s Rockville. . It’s on top of your neighbor. No thanks. If you have that money to spend why settle for that. Looks like every box they dropped in clarksburg. .

And I say this having gone to the elementary school it’s zoned for, but a different MCPS high school.

I dont think dated at all and a nice house.

However, plot is small, near a main road and not close in Rockville.

If that house was on a flat acre a bit further from other houses and road in same exact condition would sell very quickly.

It is dated. May be good bones, but it needs some updates. So over priced.

The lot is SOO small. Who wants to be on top of their neighbors.

Pricing is always the issue. People can and should be more picky right now.
