5th Grade AAP Math SOL

DC is in 5th grade AAP and scored “pass advanced” on their 6th grade SOL.
Is this score used for any purpose in 6th grade? I know that scoring “pass advanced” in 6 th grade (for 7th grade math) means eligibility for Algebra in 7th grade. Our assigned ES school allows some students to take Algebra in the 6th grade, just not sure whom to approach about that and what the criteria is. |

| It's not used for anything, the 5th grade AAP students are all taking the 6th grade SOL and are majority are expected to pass advanced. The students taking Algebra in 6th grade were taking the 7th grade SOL to determine eligibility. |
