| Outside of JR or MacArthur, SPED is a dumping ground for really bad kids. They’re not just bad places for someone with an IEP, they’re dangerous. Case in point the office got our assistant an apartment in Northwest because her kid was getting beat up almost every day at his Ward 5 high school. |
