Brazilian foods go far beyond this and it is fantastic. Acaraje, moqueca, the rads and cheeses, vatapa, and on and on

Colombian is so heavy. Not sure how they stay so slim or eat such food in hot regions. Argentinian food for meats. |

In DC you will find a lot of chicken. In Peru, lots of fresh fish and Asian fusion. |
