Arlington or Alexandria for boys?

Which has the better program?

Not from either club.

This post is basically begging the parents of both clubs to come in and advertise and boast their product while trash talking the other. Very doubtful you’ll get an honest answer.

I promise I’m not a troll. Just wondering if there are differences between the two or if they’re pretty much the same.

That will depend very much on your kid.

Arlington is an ECNL club. Alexandria is an MLSN/GA

For boys, MLSN is highest level. For girls, ECNL is highest level.

Age group also matters.

Alexandria is a mess--if you went to their tryouts you know what I mean. Totally disorganized. Arlington is stable and has their act together on college recruiting- not to mention they have connections with MLS--lots of their players get scooped up by academies (moreso than Alexandria) so they clearly do a good job with that...

Unless your kid is a soccer prodigy, the club whose practices are convenient for you to get to and whose fees / commitment aligns with your family.

Why, in every thread about club choices, does this comment come up. Is it the same person. Please stop. This is useless. Folks are looking for information about two specific clubs, and I'm 100% positive they have thought about and can make their own decisions about effing driving distance and how much money they can spend.
