Is SOL for LA going to be Benchmark setting ?

Hi All,
This year Benchmark is new ,DD's teacher said she has been taking trainings as the year progressed so get a better knowledge. So this year LA will be based on Benchmark or is it going to be like the ones that we had during the previous years ?. Any teachers out there got any info on it ?. Also is there any good resource for SOL prep apart from SOL pass ?

The SOL is the same as in previous years. 5-6 passages with 6-7 questions per passage.
