| Is that fun for any ages? Is 2 hours ticket enough or too long or too short? How crowded is that? |
|
My kids love it! Currently are 13 and under, but we started going when they were 2 & 4. They have a bounce house/play structure that you have to pay separately for, which we don't ever bother to do. My kids are usually toast in 1.5 hours, but we always get 2 hours, because I have one that will take a break and then continue.
It's definitely the coolest climbing place for kids (and adults!) around and it's a long drive for us, but still worth it. We prefer to go first thing in the morning, because it isn't quite as crowded. It can get pretty busy, but not so much that we want to leave |
| It’s fun. For my littlest, it’s hard to say no to the games. And it’s really irritating to pay for the climbing and then you have a kid just whining to play the games. But overall, it’s good/fun. I like climbing too! |
| 2 hours is good. They seem to limit ticket sales so it has never seemed overly crowded when we were there. I'd say it's good until about 4-5th grade. |
Why until 4th to 5th grade? Too easy to climb? Or too kiddish? I am asking my k and 3rd grader has been climbing at Sportrock for a few months regularly doing top rope, not belay yet. They have climbed to the top a few times. Will climb zone fit and fun for them? |

SO FUN! Mine loved it from ages 6-12 or so. (I did too, if I'm being honest.) It's very kiddish and cartoony, but there are various levels of difficulty. No bouldering, but smaller/ more spaced out holds.
Two hours is perfect. |
| I'm a previous poster, but we often see older kids there (my 13 year old was not nearly the oldest) including older teens and adults. There are some really tough climbs there, it's definitely not too kiddish for a 3rd grader |
