Rebounder

Anonymous
My knees don’t tolerate running anymore so I’m considering a rebounder for very, very light indoor jogging. My biggest concern is building bone density as I’m in menopause.

I’ve read a rebounder can be good for these things and actually beneficial for knee health, but the last time I used one was when my mom had one in the 70s-80s so my knees were quite different back then!

I already use some weights, practice yoga, long walks, and climb stairs but any higher impact + cardio has been a struggle.

Any experiences to share?

Weight lifting may be better for bone health.

Unless you’re in a class doing a fun routine with good music, a rebounder is painfully boring.

I am a runner and have a rebounder. The rebounder actually hurt my knees.
