Who exactly is on the AAP appeals committee?

Anyone in the know? Wondering what different set of eyes will be looking at DC’s AAP appeal. Is it AART teachers again or Fairfax county public school officials (since the packet had to be sent to the central office). Curious because I’m afraid if it’s the same set of eyes, appeal may be denied so wondering if there’s a chance of that happening.
