to those who took it last year...did you have enough time to answer the questions compared to other ap tests? this is for those who don't have extra time allotted

thanks!

This really depends on the student.
DD1 always finish early, DD2 couldn’t finish with extra time. You know your kid..

I agree it really depends on the student's processing speed abilities.

yes get it, but compared to say another ap test they took, like compared to like bio, chem or computer ap?

Over 80% of the students who took it last year passed, so I don’t think this is one to worry about. Definitely easier than Chem! I haven’t heard of issues with time.

You're interpreting the data wrong. These courses are usually taken by advanced students, which is why they get a solid score on the exam.

I think they get a solid score because 60% of the test is Calc AB which many schools (my kids’ included) require as a prerequisite. Also, so many seniors are phoning in it at this point, I’m shocked it was still 80%!

My kid did not do ab. Some do, some don’t.

BC pass rates are generally higher than AB. Mostly because students in BC learn the same topics from AB but at a faster rate + 2 new topics equivalent to Calc 2 in college.

I don’t see it as a surprise, even if my DD took AB and only got a 3..

It takes less than 60% correct to get a 5 on BC. High school course scored for high school kids.
