Given the pope connection, are we looking at a sub 10% acceptance rate coming up for Villanova? |
No, but good for them. |
No lol |
No. Few đ e where the 60+ yr old pope went to college 40 years ago for college. I am glad, however, he went to college. That said some studying theology and are extremely religious might now decide Villanova over Holy Cross or other schools |
villanova doesn't meet demonstrated need. but it does have better basketball. |
No, very few have Pope as their career goal. But for those that do, it might swing the needle to Villanova. |
There arenât as many applicants as you think that choose a college because a pope went there. |
No |
Maybe itâs time we change that! |
Villanova will definitely go up in the rankings and acceptance rate will dramatically get smaller. This is great for nova. Pope will give graduation speech at some point. |
God, is that You? |
MAGA turned Catholics against the Pope. Hopefully this won't have an ill effect on Villanova admissions going forward. |
Another career path for math major, too. |
Make sure your kid majors in STEM! |
I say yes. Look at the Obama effect on University of Chicago, where he had a strong affiliation. Chicago used to be known as a âself-selectingâ school. Villanova is a medium sized university with big time sports and great school spirit, strong career outcomes in an appealing and convenient location. Itâs about to get tough. |
