It’s nice, but full of other people who consider themselves fancy. Every homeowner is a social member of the club, you can choose to join golf. It is very “keeping up with the Joneses” here. Lots of “where are you going for spring break?” and “what travel team does your child play for?” People constantly remodeling kitchens that are already fine, and replacing luxury cars that were not that old. Stuff like that.

My kids are teens, so I am not overly concerned with that (and it is a lot cheaper than where we are now - Vienna, so hoping it will be less snotty)... but I appreciate the input. I definitely don't consider myself fancy so it might not be the best choice for us! Are there down to earth people there at all?
