Silk flowey midi skirts

Suggestions much appreciated on what type of tops would work best. They both fasten around the waist and everything I've tried on from my closet, seems too long proportionately. One is a narrow pleated semi-sheer solid black and the other is black background with little flowers and it is made to appear crossover on the front with small ruffles along this edges and the hem. Both are romantic looking. Anything tucked in also looks dumpy on me.

Thanks!

The first thing I would do is try a belt with the tucked in shirt that you already have. That can make a big difference.

Crop top. If you can't do crop top or tucked in without it looking "dumpy" (your word) then I think they may not be the correct style for you.

Cropped and either tighter to kind of appear to be tucked in or boxy so it’s definitely not tucked in
