Here’s my specific problem. It’s going “fine.” I’ve made a switch and have used it on and off (so not all the time every period) for several months. I prefer it. Almost feels as though I don’t have a period. When it works right, I only need to think about it a couple of times per day.
I also feel better wearing it with a pad as a backup. That’s fine. It also seems to be leaking more than it used to. No tears or changes. More like, am i not inserting it well enough OR is the size odd? If it’s size, I couldn’t tell you if it’s too big or too little..perhaps too little? Final detail, yes I’m having more trouble inserting in the position the instructions say. But if I have trouble, most times I just move forward, I’ll be sitting through my day and notice, it magically got itself into the right place. Less leaking too. This ‘magic’ doesn’t happen every time though. Then, more leaking. Crazy though, it always “works” in terms of .. it’s never 100% leaking. Not even close. Tips on what I can do from here…. |
| Could you be more constipated? When I am constipated it often doesn't fit quite right |

No idea op, but I have similar issues with my cup. Sometimes it’s perfect and doesn’t leak at all, sometimes it’s not quite right.
I wear period underwear instead of a pad for backup. Well, I used to when I worked from home. Now that I’m back in the office I’m back to tampons and pads. |
| Yeah OP I have a similar experience. I don’t think it’s user error, it’s just hard to get that proper “suction.” I guess. |
Sometimes with my disc, it is totally right, no leaks even on heavy days. Other times, it leaks when I cough or sneeze. SUper random and no predicting when it will be right and when it slip out of place. But still better and cheap then tampons! I always wear a panty liner with it. |
