If it were Biden, Fox News would be running this clip 24/7 and having its panelists discuss when to invoke the 25th amendment. But it’s Trump, so the news of his threatening to make Canada the 51st state again dominates.

I used to think he didn't have dementia, he just didn't care. But he really sounds like he's lost his marbles here. This is not a gaffe. It's the ramblings of an old senile racist man.
