Virtual Virginia grading system

My child has been enrolled VVA summer PE through his school. We requested the pass/fail grade but was told that VVA only gives a grade in percentage. The school won't be able to convert it to pass/fail.
Does anyone have same experience? Is it worth doing that we contact VVA directly trying to request pass/fail?

OP here, contacted VVA. They wouldn't do it.

I have a follow-up to this...does the grade then get reported to the home school as a number? Can the home school then determine if it's reported as pass/fail or a letter grade?

Following as it’s same for Excel Online and their classes- they say can only report grade set by a percent to base school so same question if schools can then change to P/F.

FCPS only takes what the other school gives--they cannot convert to pass/fail.
