Collegiate school senior prank

Does anyone have details? From what I have heard, seemed to be in very poor taste. Is it kids being kids or do we expect better from privileged senior kids from a school such as Collegiate? What kind of values are being taught here…

FWIW this would happen in our meh school too. Much worse does. These younger Gen Z and Alpha kids are not into being offended with casual or non casual racism. They regularly roast each other with it.

What was it?

I wouldn't call it in good taste, but I dont' think it's so bad. It's topical, and somethign SNL would do as a skit.

Wow. That is some bubble they live in. At least they don’t have to worry about too much DEI on campus.

That's really low class. I would love for Collegiate to call the colleges these kids are attending, but all of the colleges are afraid of getting persecuted by Trump for being too PC so would never do anything.

How about for every dollar spent on this prank (I'm assuming the mariachi band wasn't free), they donate an equivalent amount to a related cause?

I know one family currently at Collegiate and they are miserable.

Agree with all of this

Collegiate is a strange place. Cold.
