With ANY cumulonimbus cloud there is a possibility of it.
It is so localized as to never be able to be predicted with any accuracy. Your neighbors down the street might be covered in it, and you not get a single stone. You have to track the cells as they are happening to know, so you might get a few min warning at most. |
