| Does anyone have any feedback on the woodside area of Silver Spring (Woodside, North Woodside, Woodside Park)? Is this a nice area to live in? What's the general vibe? |

Rich NIMBY liberals
It's a great location though |
Yes, a very nice area to live in. Schools are above average for eastern MoCo. The 16th St section that bisects it is always very busy and has an odd mix of retailers. But Snider's is a nice neighborhood grocery store and Goldbergs Bagels are terrific. |
| How is it to live on dale drive? Or 2nd Ave? Those seem to be busy streets. |
| Woodside is lovely. The public schools, however, aren't great. We bought in a lovely neighborhood in Bethesda instead, for the better publics. |
Dale is busy, 2nd is not. The Spring Street bridge is closed until later this year because it's getting rebuilt, and that has caused people to look for alternative routes, so 2nd may be getting a bump in traffic as a result. |
| Awesome neighborhoods, close community, very convenient location. Good schools. |
| Lovely area with lots of pretty streets and young families. Elementary could be Woodlin or Sligo Creek, both are good. |
Woodside, North Woodside, and Woodside Park are all zoned for Woodlin. |
|
South woodside park is Sligo creek:

Isn't that neighborhood Seven Oaks? |
| Woodside is a great neighborhood. Nice families, good schools, can’t go wrong. |
| Really good value for the money there. Houses to be had under $1m, albeit older and smaller. Several nice parks and playgrounds, quick drive to both DTSS and the beltway. |
| Close in. Lots of liberals. Two fed families. Good schools. |
| Cute neighborhoods! Not a fan of DTSS though. |
