PP, I doubted the quote from Pam Bondi could possibly be accurate, so I fact checked it and she said it! The link below has video of her saying just that at the Adoration of Dear Leader Cabinet Meeting (starts at 1:00). JD Vance was sitting next to her and looked slightly quizzical when she said that (the US population is 340 million). She doesn't have dementia so what's her excuse for making up crazy numbers like that!

Signal is approved for non-classified information and can be used on government devices, provided you save the messages and not discuss classified information. Signal is not an Israeli app. TeleMessage Signal is what apparently used? TeleMassage Signal is the Israeli-developed app (per the article).
