| Does your child's My School already say Enrolled at the accepted school? Is is supposed to by now? Already submitted documents. School not picking up the phone. |

Did you check Aspen or get an email from that system? We got that before MySchoolDC updated.
I called and email the school, btw. They just hadn't gotten to my kid yet but took care of enrollment while I was on the phone. |

| (not OP) We enrolled in a DCPS this year through Aspen and, after calling the school to check in on enrollment, got a confirmation email yesterday. Myschooldc still hasn't updated to show enrolled, but I chatted with myschooldc support and they said it was fine since we had confirmed enrollment with the school directly. I'm guessing it just takes some time to reflect in the system? |

| They aren't responding or answering phones, it's not using Aspen, charter school. It would be nice to be sure. |

| just email a note that you submitted enrollment forms on x date for seat received in lottery and want to confirm they were received and that there are no questions. then you have a timely record you are enrolling |
