A single thread listing the people Trump has pardoned would be useful so I can see the whole picture. Please lead with evidence and known details.
Undoubtedly, some here will reply “what about Biden’s pardons?” Nature, theirs valid, but please start your own thread with Biden’s pardons. |

After Trump pardoned this guy for assaulting police on January 6, he went out and straight up murdered someone.

This specimen:
https://www.nytimes.com/2025/04/04/nyregion/jonathan-braun-trump.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare Mr. Braun has a troubled history. He was originally indicted in 2010 on charges of smuggling and distributing marijuana. But while out on bail, he engaged in a predatory lending scheme, threatening small-business owners who had trouble repaying high-interest loans, according to suits filed by New York’s attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission. It was the fifth time that Mr. Braun had been arrested since Mr. Trump commuted his 10-year sentence just before leaving office in 2021, which was among a raft of last-minute clemencies granted to those with ties to the president. Mr. Braun’s sentence was commuted after his family used a connection with Charles Kushner, the father of Jared Kushner, Mr. Trump’s son-in-law who was a senior White House adviser, to get the matter before Mr. Trump. |

There have to be some market manipulation instances. |
Not surprising. |
Just out of curiosity, why is the OP singling out Trump? Yes, he's the President, but he also has the sole and exclusive authority to pardon anyone he wants. You may disagree with his choices, and if so, feel free to run for President and make different ones.
Every President issues pardons. If you aren't interested in comparing Trump's pardons to those made by presidents of your own party, then this thread seems to be nothing more than just complaining for no reason. |
Trump is the only President of the 20th and 21st century to pardon insurrectionists.
If someone is willing to beat Capitol police officers, attempt to take representatives hostage, and sh*t all over the Capitol that symbolizes our democracy, it's highly likely that those same people won't take to kindly to the law or police in any form. |
Ross Ulbricht: On January 21, 2025, Trump granted a full and unconditional pardon to Ross Ulbricht, who was serving a life sentence for creating and operating the Silk Road, a darknet market facilitating the sale of narcotics and illegal goods. This fulfilled a campaign promise made at the Libertarian National Convention in May 2024. |
At least some people have sense. “But Fiore did not return to the bench the Monday after her pardon. Her suspension remains in place. Instead of reinstating her as a justice of the peace, the commission filed a notice Friday, saying it intended to consider suspending Fiore with pay even if it found the prior suspension was no longer merited in light of the pardon. If the panel decides there is not currently a basis for the past suspension, the commission said it will then “determine whether (Fiore) poses a substantial threat of serious harm to the public or to the administration of justice” because of her criminal case. A hearing is set for Friday.” https://www.reviewjournal.com/news/politics-and-government/nevada/trump-has-pardoned-michele-fiore-authorities-may-still-keep-her-from-being-a-judge-3367469/ |
DP correcting--the drunk driving homicide charge resulted from a 2022 incident, not after his pardon. |
He just got convicted though. |
