I have struggled with insomnia for four decades. I have tried numerous prescription and non-prescription sleep aids. I have very healthy sleep habits, but the insomnia continues. I took compounded terzeptide for weight loss and have never slept better in my entire life. I fall asleep easily and sleep the entire night through for eight hours. It’s literally a miracle. I don’t need to lose any more weight, but I would love to stay on GLP-1 forever just to help with my sleep. Insurance wouldn’t cover abound and which is why I turned to compounding.
I just wanted to share because I know having insomnia affects all parts of your life. I have researched so much on how to help my insomnia, and this is the only thing that I have found to work consistently. |

Man I wish mine did too! I take compounded tirzeptide but still can't sleep

| Interesting. Wegovy has caused broken sleep and nightmares for me. |
+1. Same. Worst sleep ever. |
| I think mine got better but I don't know if its related to the Zep. I think its more stress related. |
I started taking half an original unisom (suggested for nausea) and I have great sleep on Zepbound. I only need it for the night of the shot and the day after though. |

I've had the exact opposite experience. I can't sleep more than 5-6 hours a night since I started compounded tirzepatide.
My latest vial came mixed with b12 which from what I understand provides extra energy, so I'm not looking forward to seeing how that makes it worse. |
| I'm looking to get on it for vanity weight but the sleep cure sounds amazing to me. I have terrible insomnia. |
