Yeah! I bet he already has appeal ready for SC. If he cannot use Alien Enemies Act to report then he should have to bring every single person back that he use this to deport them.

He basically gave Trump a roadmap of how to deport. Trump can issue a new proclamation with more specificity on what Tren de Aragua has done. Judge's ruling says that courts cannot second guess the executive's determination.

Trump doesn’t need a road map from this judge to deport people - there’s already a clear process to deport illegal aliens that doesn’t involve pretending you’re in a war with someone you’re not in a war with.

Yeah but regular deportations are not punishment by imprisonment, the person is just removed to their country. It's not mean mean mean.

In theory, they would need to prove that the people being deported were part of the gang. But without due process, they won't get that chance. Which means me or any of you could also receive the same allegation and lack of due process.

Right but then he wouldn't have been able to make an enormous and sick publicity stunt. He needed it to skip due process.

He needed it in order to deport LEGAL Venezuelans who have not committed any crimes.

The more find out the more this administration is an atrocity.
