I recently found out that i'm pregnant and would love to do some prenatal personal training to keep myself in shape during my pregnancy. Ideally at my home with a female trainer, but i'm open to other options. I need help with strength training in a way that is safe for my body and staying accountable on cardio. Walk, power walk, pushups until bump time, etc.
Avoid twisting, bouncing, jumping, etc. |
Depending on where you live, there is a trainer at Prepare for Performance in Rockville who works with pregnant women. |
