Prenatal personal trainer

I recently found out that i'm pregnant and would love to do some prenatal personal training to keep myself in shape during my pregnancy. Ideally at my home with a female trainer, but i'm open to other options. I need help with strength training in a way that is safe for my body and staying accountable on cardio. Please let me know if you have any leads!

Walk, power walk, pushups until bump time, etc.
Avoid twisting, bouncing, jumping, etc.

Depending on where you live, there is a trainer at Prepare for Performance in Rockville who works with pregnant women.
