Quick question about the Iowa test

I know that it’s no longer being considered as a data point for seventh grade algebra but I’m wondering if the 91% is about the number of questions. The student answered correctly on the exam or about the NPR (national percentile ranking) score.

When we got our letter last year it was just the NPR.

I'm pretty sure the old 91% threshold that everyone talks about was NPR, not actual questions correct.
