ISO good restaurant suggestions for a post-graduation dinner for about 10 people. HS graduation will be at the UMUC campus. Bonus if there's a private room available or a great view.

I wonder if there’s someplace in like Pasadena that would have a nice view.

We had the morning slot last year which was miserable. Had to get up appallingly early, younger sibs couldn’t come unless they missed the whole day of school and relatives would have to take at least one full day of work, and you got out at sort of lunch time so no one really wanted to do dinner.

Manor Hill Tavern in Ellicott City. Close, plenty of parking and good food.
