Midi or maxi dresses with sleeves for a short curvy person, under $50

I'm 5 feet, wear a 14 in pants and can get by with a L or XL in tops/blouses and have a big tummy. Am conscious of my body shape so I prefer knee length or maxi dresses with sleeves.

Where can I find cute midi dresses with sleeves for my size, under $50, for the summer?

I was going to suggest Old Navy, which has surprisingly cute and flatting summer dresses - but they are cotton and linen, not chiffon. You're really searching out polyester dresses instead of natural materials?

For under $50? I guess you can try to find that on eBay but we can't really make suggestions in that case - that's a matter of putting time in for the hunt.

Don't do it, OP. I have a similar shape but am a few inches taller and can tell you that a midi or maxi dress on a "short curvy person" just does not look good. It looks frumpy and will accentuate your short height and curvy figure--and not in a good way.
