DCA - amex platinum lounge

| Does anyone know if the platinum lounge at DCA has a wait? Trying to figure out if it's worth going but don't want to be on a waitlist like at other airports |

| Not if DC is your hometown. And even if it's not, it's not awesome. DCA it's a commuter airport |

Sometimes has a wait. You can get on the waitlist before you get to the airport through the Amex app. Did that recently 20 minutes before arriving at the airport and went straight in. YMMV.
It's not gonna change your life, but "free" food and drink is good if you are hungry or thirsty. |

Decent cut fruit and hot food and coffee machine makes tastier lattes than DL or AA lounges (IMO). Drinks.
We’ve waited once out of 20 visits, school holiday weekend. Not game changing but little outside of QR first in doha is really notable. Faster than restaurnt if you don’t have much time. |
