Reccs for a 1/2 Day DC Tour?

I have a group visiting that speaks a bit of English but not great. I was trying to find somewhere that does small group (as in like 12-20 limit) half day tours of DC. There are too many options online and I'm having trouble vetting them.
Anyone taken a good 1/2 day tour of DC? Not the hop on/hop off bus. |

Thanks for the segway idea. It's for some foreign gov officials we're hosting though so I'm aiming for more traditional.
