Did Alexandria get GA back? Did they complete tryouts? If not, are they next week? Looks like they may be.

Yes they did. 2011 and 2012 seems to be forming decent teams.

On the Alexandria website you need to sign up for GA tryouts and they will invite you to a practice. Several girls have been out the past few weeks.

I don't think tryouts are completed yet for all age groups. It's fair to say that the 2011 group needs an influx of talent. The rest of the age groups have a better starting core to build from and have been able to use existing relationships with players at other clubs to encourage turnout.

They’re getting there. Lots of girls from other clubs. But there are definitely spots left. What you got?

So what do you care? Prior to now the girls didnt have a league and now they do. The try outs are going well and they have new coach.

Tryouts were very well attended. Most rosters filled but a week or 2 ago were still looking for 08s, 09s and 13s. The 12s are very strong and made up of several girls who came from or turned down ECNL offers because the coach is great and they all get along very well. They should be competitive. I understand the 11s picked up some talent too.
