Dress for school with air conditioning on

AC is on now in MCPS school. How do you dress for kids as a boy & a girl? The weather is between 65 to 75 degrees this week and next week. It is not cold, and it may get a bit hot in the afternoon. What is the temperature of mcps school?

my kid wears shorts and a t-shirt whether its 90 or 20.

OMG, I am a teacher and it was unbelievably hot in the classroom today- I dream of air conditioning! Just pack an extra sweatshirt to leave in the classroom.

Not in my school. It was miserable by 10 a.m. Our building services manager told us we haven’t converted to a.c. yet…obviously. Next week we may be near 90 degrees. We’re hoping the a.c. has been turned on by then. In the meantime, I had a box fan all day. It didn’t help at all unless you were standing directly in front of it.

Layers. It truthfully varies class by class so trust your kid when they say what temperature their classrooms are.
