I hate the texture. Do I just throw out?

Do you like granola? It can go well in a homemade granola. And homemade granola is easier than you think. Measure, mix, pour on tray, bake, let cool.

I hate throwing out food. Do you belong to a Buy Nothing group? I’m sure someone would take it there.

Coconut macaroons. I make these. BUT I usually use unsweetened and it’s still very sweet. Even though this recipe calls for sweetened coconut, I’d use less condensed milk or maybe skip the chocolate.
