Favorite nice hotel in the Berkshires?

DH and I are looking for a nice place for one night to break up the drive between Burlington and DC. Any suggestions?

Following. Canyon Ranch is there and very fancy but it's more of a destination. I stayed at the "Life House" hotel once and it was actually surprisingly nice for the very cheap price, although it was obviously a converted motel.

The Blantyre is very elegant

Also there is Wheatleigh and Mirival

Mass Moca, Red Lion Inn, Cornell Inn. Figure out the town first then the hotel. Lots of choices.
